Answer/Cause

The construction information in the Jobsite Setting of the target project may have been archived.

Explanation/How to deal 

1) Please check if archiving is turned on or not.
2) There is a possibility of other system errors, so please contact us using the inquiry form with the jobsite ID and URL.
